This FREE session is an evaluation that helps you determine where your body is now so that you have all the critical information you need before you even consider joining our gym or any other gym. Here’s what you can expect in your FREE Mission Sports Strategy Session:
First, a professionally trained coach will sit down with you to learn about your health history, any past injuries, your training history and your specific goals. You will then be evaluated on your range of motion and flexibility as well as screened for any imbalances that could cause injury using the Functional Movement Screen. This screening helps to ensure that your program, should you decide to join, is specifically designed for you. The goal is to assess the current condition of your body so we can be sure that Mission Sports Performance and Personal Training is the right place for you.
Finally, you’ll receive a FREE Body Fat/composition Analysis. The Tanita Scanner displays exactly how many pounds of fat, how many pounds of muscle, and how many pounds of water are in your body. Using this information we will be able to see how you compare to fit individuals of the same age as well as monitor your progress to ensure that your losing body fat and not muscle. You’ll receive all of this just for stopping by the gym, without any obligation to join!
