This is a developmental class for 7-11 year old children. We created it to meet the needs of developing young kids into better athletes when they progress to the next level. Based on agility games we work on developing balance and coordination by master motor skills such as skipping, hopping, running, dodging, jumping, crawling, pushing, and pulling just to name a few.
