This is our 2 day per week Speed Training Program that is dedicated to improving speed at a technical level. Teaching them what it takes to execute and be faster at the next level. The next level might be JV, Varsity or college, whatever it is, we will get you there. Through the most up to date research and training methods we will address posture, core control, position, and direction of force application. This program is specifically designed for athletes in-season in their sport and/or lifting in school, because it is all technique based and will compliment their other program without the risk of over training.
The workout consists of 60 min of a technical training in a small group to allow any individual instruction to take place. The workout becomes progressively more challenging once basic techniques have been mastered. All groups are lead by our qualified coaches to allow maximum attention.
All 9th – 12th grade athletes that want to get to the next level of play including:

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PROGRAM HAS NO STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING COMPONENTS TO IT. IT IS PRIMARILY DESIGNED FOR ATHLETES IN-SEASON OR IN SCHOOL WEIGHT LIFTING.
