Our 2 or 3 day per week Spring 2019 session is dedicated to training each athlete at an individual level. Teaching them what it takes to perform and play at the next level. The next level might be JV, Varsity or college, whatever it is, we will get you there. Through the most up to date research and training methods we will address muscle imbalances to optimize performance. Our program can also compliment a school workout program so overuse does not occur, while focusing on more sport specificity.
The workout consists of 90 min of a personalized sport specific strength and conditioning program with a strong focus on proper technique. The workout becomes progressively more challenging once basic techniques have been mastered. Each athlete will have their own program. All groups are lead by our qualified coaches to allow maximum attention.
All 6th – 12th grade athletes that want to get to the next level of play including:
football, baseball, basketball, softball, volleyball, tennis, competitive cheer, gymnastics, soccer, wrestling, swimming, lacrosse, cross country, golf, and bowling.
