Our 3 day per week Summer 2019 session is dedicated to training each athlete at an individual level. Teaching them what it takes to perform and play at the next level. The next level might be JV, Varsity or college, whatever it is, we will get you there. Through the most up to date research and training methods we will address muscle imbalances to optimize performance. Our program can also compliment a school workout program so overuse does not occur, while focusing on more sport specificity.
The workout consists of 60 min of a personalized sport specific strength and conditioning program with a strong focus on proper technique. The workout becomes progressively more challenging once basic techniques have been mastered. Each athlete will have their own program. All groups are lead by our qualified coaches to allow maximum attention. In the Summer of 2019, all groups are moving to
Middle School and High School Athletes that play
football, baseball, basketball, softball, volleyball, tennis, competitive cheer, gymnastics, soccer, wrestling, dance, swimming, lacrosse, cross country, golf, and bowling.

In the Summer of 2019, we have made the decision to improve our program and experience by 1) decreasing the group size to 6 kids per coach to enhance personal coaching experience, 2) move all sessions to separate middle school and high school levels so that we can program and plan for what is absolutely best for the development of your athlete(s) and 3) Make sessions 60 minutes to be efficient and effective as possible, which will increase focus and attention. This in the end will give your athlete a better training experience.
