How do I join?
There are a few ways you can join:
•Call us at (805) 394-5103 and speak with someone at our Front Desk
•Visit us in person at 4756 Telephone Road #3, Ventura, California 93003
•Click on the button below to fill out the contact form  Before you register, you have the option to  join us for two free classes that we know will leave you wanting more.

Is there anything I should do prior to work out?
Drink, drink, drink! The key to a healthy body is staying hydrated. So be sure to have plenty of water before, during, and after your class. Also, be sure to eat a little something before you exercise. We recommend a light snack 30 minutes before class.
What is the check-in process?
A big part of the FitZone experience is the interactive heart rate monitor that displays your "zone" on the screens. Try to arrive about 10 minutes early to put it on and make sure it is working properly.

What is MYZONE®?
MYZONE® is a new innovative heart rate-based system that uses wireless and cloud technology to accurately and conveniently monitor physical activity. It monitors heart rate, calories, and time exercising that convert into MYZONE® Effort Points (MEPs), providing real-time feedback of exercise intensity, with a focus on rewarding effort rather than fitness. With MYZONE®, you can  monitor your results and see minute-by-minute breakdowns of your exercise efforts anytime and anywhere by logging into your MYZONE® account on your computer or through the MYZONE® app.

What should I wear to train in?
We suggest sporting a tee or tank on top and comfortable light pants or shorts on the bottom. The most important thing is being comfortable and wearing good quality athletic shoes. Sweat towels are provided for you here at FitZone.
is there anywhere to store my belongings?
We have cubbies inside of the studio where your stuff will be safe and sound.
