World's Greatest Summer Campfor 7-10 year olds

The workout: This FUNdamentals camp is based on agility and speed games in a fun atmosphere. It will take place out side on grass and our outdoor turf area and inside if its too hot or rainy.

Dates: (3 Week long sessions).
SESSION 1: June 13th - June 29th
SESSION2: July 11th - July 27th

Time/Workout options:
All Sessions are Monday- Tuesday- Wednesday 11 - 12:30

6th-12th Grade Group Athlete Training

The workout: This is our signature youth group training workout that has a max of 10 athletes and includes indoor speed/agility development along with strength, conditioning, power and more, as described above.  These workouts will be 55-60 min in length

Date: June 10th - August 9th (no sessions July 1-5th)

10 am Coed (6th-12th)
11 am Boys (6th-12th)
11 am Girls (6th-12th)

Price: $450 or 2 payments of $225 (2nd payment on 7/8)

Middle School Only: M/W 5pm

Price: $320 or 2 payments of $160

6th Grade - College Athlete"Personal Training"

The workout: This is our signature personal training format and will be provided through small group personal training which lasts 55min. These workouts focus on personal needs, strength and conditioning. This is a custom personal training program and coaching.

Time: Flexible: You book all your workouts on our scheduling App for what works for your personal schedule. Start the program at any time.

Option 1:

2 Month Off-Season Program $249/month x 2 months - includes 3 Personal Training sessions and 1 conditioning

Option 2:

3 Month Off-Season Program $239/month x 3 months - includes 3 Personal Training sessions and 1 conditioning

Option 3:

In season Program $209/month x month to month - includes 2 Personal Training sessions / wk


Advanced Speed and Agility Camp for HS and College Athletes

The workout: Focus is on technique for agility, acceleration, changing direction and top end speed.

Mondays and Wednesdays from 7-8pm
June 20, 22, 27, 29
July 11, 13, 18, 20, 25, 27


Junior Speed Camp for 7-10 year olds

The workout: The class sets kids up to be the best they can in the future.  We will work with them to develop better balance, coordination, strength and speed thru basic bodyweight exercise, speed and agility games.

Dates: June 11th, 18th, 25th and July 9th, 16th, and 23rd From 5-6pm
